Our client is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support a short-term hiring initiative. This role will focus on managing full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet immediate staffing needs across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source candidates through job boards, ATS, and direct outreach
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate environment
Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using an applicant tracking system
Additional Details:
1st shift schedule (standard business hours)
Fully onsite role in Cincinnati, Ohio
Project length: 60-90 days with potential for extension based on business needs
