During catastrophe events, we provide critical customer support by helping policyholders begin the claims process when they need assistance most. About the Role:The CAT Customer Service Representative is a temporary, on-call position activated during natural disasters, severe weather, or other events affecting communities regionally or nationally.You will provide customer support, utilize client claims systems, and help create a positive customer experience during challenging situations.
