Job Highlights

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest
• Execute shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory processes accurately and on time
• Maintain high store standards and cleanliness across all areas, including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas
• Follow loss prevention best practices to protect company assets
• Support overall store operations to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment

Candidate Profile

• Interest in the beauty industry
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams
• Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs, climbing ladders, and using power tools
