We are seeking a Climbing Associate to oversee climbing activities, provide training, and ensure safety for customers and teammates.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, instructing climbing techniques, maintaining merchandise presentation, and supporting team-building events.
They will monitor safety, address equipment concerns, follow safety protocols, and foster an inclusive environment.
Ideal candidates will have prior retail experience (preferred), climbing certification (required), and be at least 18 years old.
Key traits include accountability, customer focus, collaboration, trust, sound decision-making, and action orientation.
Target pay ranges from $18.50 to $25.50 per hour, with benefits and compliance with applicable laws.
