Temporary Sample Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Temporary Sample Coordinator to support the Merchandising team and help manage the day-to-day organization and movement of samples. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Sample Coordinator:- Organize and maintain the sample room and ensure samples are properly labeled and stored.
- Track incoming and outgoing samples.
- Prepare samples for meetings, presentations, and merchandising appointments.
- Coordinate sample shipments, returns, and deliveries.
- Assist with sample sale preparation and organization.
- Support seasonal merchandising projects and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate sample records and tracking information.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Design, and other internal teams as needed.
- Help ensure the sample area remains organized and efficient.
Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Sample Coordinator:- Previous experience working with fashion samples, sample management, or sample sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling and organizing fashion products.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temporary Sample Coordinator:- Previous sample sale experience is strongly preferred.
- Fashion merchandising, showroom, retail, or production experience.
- Experience coordinating sample shipments and returns.
- Experience working with merchandising or product teams.
Education Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
