Immediate Hiring –Industrial Security Assignment

Gregg Protection Services is currently seeking Temporary Security Officers for an industrial facility in Western Pennsylvania. This assignment involves providing professional security services during an essential work stoppage. We are looking for dependable individuals who can remain calm, professional, and impartial while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $24.00 per hour
• 84 hours per week
• Weekly Pay: $1696.00 (roughly with OT)
• 12-hour shifts
  • Day Shift: 6: 00 AM –6: 00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6: 00 PM –6: 00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility through designated security gates.
• Verify and monitor all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and exiting the property.
• Perform gate security and access control procedures.
• Conduct mobile patrols of the facility.
• Observe, document, and report security or safety concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence while enforcing site policies.
• Work closely with onsite security personnel to ensure continuous site coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and impartial in a potentially challenging environment.
• Security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or industrial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass all required background screening and pre-employment requirements.
