The Patient Access Rep plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient interactions within the healthcare facility. This position involves managing patient appointments registrations and check-ins as well as providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. The Patient Encounter Specialist collaborates with various departments to coordinate patient care and ensures accurate documentation of patient encounters.
Responsibilities • Schedule: Monday - Friday • Every other weekend • Overnight: 8pm - 6:30am • Pay Rate: $18.00
