Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

Certifications Requirements:

• Valid Texas LPN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CPR certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinic LPN experience.
• Experience in a mental health outpatient setting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems used in outpatient clinics.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to float between multiple clinics as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a slow-paced orientation process.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient mental health setting, including medication administration and basic patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment plans and patient assessments.
