The Temporary Training Coordinator oversees arrangements and logistics for the training of elections support staff, assisting with training operations for over 2,000 poll workers across many locations. Reporting to the Training Manager, the Temporary Training Coordinator maintains course information, prepares and distributes materials, and corresponds with participants regarding course completion. This employee also supports trainers as needed.

Working Conditions
Employees in this position typically work in an office or administrative environment and are not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. The work requires employees to use voting equipment, personal computers (desktops/laptops), headphones, an LMS, Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Workday, and other office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and laminators.
