Temporary Unloaders

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Overview
We are looking for 6 Temporary Unloaders for 4-6 weeks. Employees will be responsible for manually unloading packages from trailers and sorting them appropriately.

This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting and working inside trailers that may become very hot, especially during warmer weather.

Job Responsibilities

• Manually unload packages from delivery trailers throughout the shift.
• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Sort packages according to the appropriate destination or process.
• Work efficiently to keep packages moving through the facility.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions.
• Work in hot and physically demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor for the duration of the shift.
• Previous warehouse, unloading, sorting, or palletizing experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Dress Code

• Employees should wear comfortable, durable clothing that allows for easy movement, including:
• Jeans or work pants
• Sturdy, closed-toe shoes with non-slip soles
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for physical labor and warm working conditions
• Do not wear loose jewelry or accessories that could create a safety hazard.
