Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Temporary Inventory Associate to join our healthcare client in Everett, WA. This is a 3 weeks of contract to start with the potential for extensions. 

Pay:$34.00 - $44.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule: 5 days per week (possibly afternoon to evening)


Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling racking systems and strategically marking inventory locations. This position requires physical stamina and a strong attention to detail.
  • Warehouse works (also must have driver's license and be able to lift up-to 50 lbs)
  • Pick/Pack/Shipping/Delivery of Orders to a Hospital
  • Must be vaccinated
  • 8 hours per day, 5 days per week


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble racking systems according to specifications
  • Enhance warehouse organization by effectively identifying and marking inventory locations
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
  • Assist with inventory management of project equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project goals
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times


Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
  • Previous experience in a hospital or warehouse setting is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions


Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic problem-solving skills


Working Conditions:
  • Physical job requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
  • May involve exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
