Job Description Summary

Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, this 1.8 million square foot Class A office property is currently under the management of a Court-Appointed Receiver and entering an exciting new chapter. Ownership is executing an aggressive value-add strategy focused on significant capital investment, operational improvements, and leasing activity designed to reposition the asset within the New York City office market.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

As the Tenant Services Coordinator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for tenants while supporting the Property Management team with daily building operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate and track work orders from initiation through completion
  • Build strong relationships with tenants by providing exceptional customer service
  • Support the Property Management team with day-to-day building operations
  • Process invoices and assist with accounts payable activities
  • Maintain tenant records, certificates of insurance, vendor documentation, and property files
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, and support general office administration
  • Assist with vendor scheduling and contract administration
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and special projects as assigned
  • Help coordinate tenant events and communication initiatives
  • Perform regular walkthroughs of the property to identify operational or tenant service issues

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

  • Commercial real estate or property management
  • Accounts payable or accounting support
  • Office management or executive administrative support
  • Corporate facilities or workplace operations
  • Tenant services or customer service
  • Hospitality or hotel operations

Also preferred:

  • Active participation in industry organizations or charitable/community involvement
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in commercial real estate

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $32.65 - $38.416538
