About The Role:

As a CBRE Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping the property organized and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

The role is onsite in New Brunswick, NJ USA. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the world of commercial real estate! You'll be supporting a mixed use office and industrial portfolio of nearly 2 million square feet.

What You'll Do:

Administrative Support

  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and tenant communications
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems

Tenant & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants and vendors
  • Process tenant service requests and track completion
  • Obtain and organize vendor certificates of insurance (COIs)

Financial & Accounting Support

  • Process invoices and submit them for approval
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain vendor information and W-9s

Lease & Document Administration

  • Maintain lease files and critical lease dates
  • Track insurance certificates for tenants
  • Create and track purchase orders and service agreements

Property Operations

  • Order office and building supplies
  • Maintain building contact lists and emergency procedures
  • Assist with contractor access and work scheduling

  • A High School Diploma or general education degree.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations.

Equal Pay Disclaimer

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum base salary for the Tenant Services Coordinator is $28.85/hour and the maximum base salary is $31.25/hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
