Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Conduct diagnostic evaluations, build tailored treatment plans, and provide high-quality ongoing therapy.
  
  
• Documentation: Complete and submit timely diagnostic assessments, treatment plan updates, and case notes in compliance with company standards.
  
  
• Caseload Expectations: Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week (for full-time status).
  
  
• Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with dynamic team members, families, school staff, medical providers, and case managers to deliver holistic care.
  
  
• Community & Growth: Participate in clinical team meetings, ongoing trainings, and additional duties that advance our mission.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in behavioral science or a related field from an accredited university.
  
  
• Licensure: Active clinical licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LP, etc.) or on track toward licensure. Fully licensed clinicians preferred to be paneled with insurance networks.
  
  
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated experience writing diagnostic assessments, treatment goals, and progress notes.
  
  
• Tech & Communication: Strong written/verbal skills, proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Valant experience is a plus).
  
  
• Professional Standards: Ability to maintain clear boundaries and effectively serve a diverse client population.
