Qualifications

Experience equivalent to four years of full-time increasingly responsible and skilled full-time

labor and trades work including, at least, two years in building maintenance work.

Examination Method: Education and Experience, 100%, for Preferred Service positions.

Overview

This maintenance position is responsible for supervising and performing manual labor related to the maintenance, care, and improvement of TSP lodges and cabins.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and direct daily maintenance activities.
• Maintain Lodge room accommodations, cabin accommodations,

restaurant facilities, and common areas to ensure they meet

guest needs.

• Conduct and track preventative maintenance tasks throughout

the lodge and cabins.

• Provide supervision and direction to subordinates during

general, preventative, and restorative maintenance projects.

• Assist with inventories of work-related supplies and materials.
• Review and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
