Job Description

Instruct coach and support student-athletes in the fundamental skills strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Lead instruct coach in a manner that embodies creates and enhances ethical and moral values, pride of accomplishment, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence, and team work.

Minimum Qualifications

All of the following must be met on or before the first practice and throughout the entire season of the sport.

• Pupil Activity Permit • ODE Certification • Successful completion of all ODE, OHSAA, and District required trainings • Passing of the required BCIFBI Background Checks

Responsibilities

Follow all RCS Board Policies. Complete a full season of the sport. Maintain professional, ethical, and suitable conduct. Communicate effectively with students, parents, Athletic Director, administration, and all stakeholders.

SALARY

In accordance with the established salary schedule.
