WestFit is seeking a driven and experienced coach to work with competitive junior players in our high-performance training pathway. This position focuses on USTA tournament-level athletes and players training for sectional and national levels.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle all on-court coaching responsibilities with a calm, organized, and professional approach. We are a club on the rise, and for the right candidate, this position offers significant potential to expand weekly hours and take on more responsibility.

Lead advanced training sessions
Run match-play and tactical sessions
Assist with tournament prep
Player evaluations and goal setting
Collaborate with performance staff
Use video analysis
Support camps and elite programs
Maintain a positive learning environment
Supervise all on-court activities and ensure adherence to facility rules and safety procedures.
Enforce club policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff.
3+ years coaching competitive juniors
Teaching certification preferred (USPTA, PTR, GPTCA)
Experience with USTA tournaments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Long-term program-building mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on program needs.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
