Tennis Concierge

The Tennis Concierge at The Resort at Longboat Key Club is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests and members utilizing the tennis facilities.  The Tennis Concierge will serve as a point of contact for all tennis-related inquiries and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and registration process
• Provide information on tennis programs, lessons, and court availability
• Coordinate court reservations and assign courts to guests
• Assist with organizing and coordinating tennis tournaments and special events
• Handle guest inquiries, concern, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tennis facilities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of tennis rules, terminology, and equipment
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• At least a 3.0 + rating in NTRP
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
