Position Summary:
Primary focus will be on growing our junior program, and an expanding role with adult programming. Compensation will be based on experience.
Essential Functions:
Spearhead Junior Tennis Program and Beginner Tennis Program
Organize and run Summer Tennis Camp
Maintain regular communication with players and parents
Teach group and private lessons
Organize junior USTA teams and Playdays
Running USTA and GranPrix tennis tournaments
Ensures all First Coast YMCA standards and best practices are implemented and followed.
Applies YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to best practices, emergency procedures, medical and disciplinary situations and child abuse prevention.
Ensures the health and safety of all members/guests.
Inspect physical space to ensure the safety, orderliness, sanitation and cleanliness of facilities.
Demonstrates compliance with YMCA Child Abuse Prevention and Abuse Risk Management policies.
