The Rail Coordinator is a logistics department role that supports safe and efficient rail operations by maintaining accurate schedules, managing waybilling and documentation, and ensuring all records are complete and audit ready. The role provides real-time operational visibility, identifies issues early, and supports seamless coordination across shifts. Strong understanding of rail scheduling, terminal operations, and documentation workflows.
Possess high attention to detail with the ability to verify information and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in rail, terminal, or logistics operations.
3+ years of prior experience in rail, logistics, or terminal operations is preferred.
