Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer / Terraform Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is focused on building and automating cloud infrastructure platforms, developing reusable Terraform modules, creating CI/CD pipelines, and enabling cloud adoption through scalable platform engineering practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, DevOps practices, and platform engineering. This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting self-service cloud platforms that improve developer productivity and infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform modules from scratch.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Develop custom Terraform providers and automation solutions where required.
  • Design and implement scalable platform engineering solutions and self-service capabilities.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Support cloud onboarding initiatives and enable development teams to adopt cloud platforms efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure automation and deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with cloud, security, networking, and application teams to deliver reliable platform services.
  • Implement infrastructure best practices, governance controls, and operational standards.
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with Terraform, including building reusable modules from scratch.
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation.
  • Strong understanding of Platform Engineering concepts and best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging automation workflows and deployment issues.
  • Experience supporting cloud onboarding and developer enablement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing custom Terraform providers.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and cloud governance practices.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
