Terrain Park Day Crew - Winter 26/27

Seasonal full-time. As a Terrain Park Crew Member, you will act a professional Resort representative creating the best environment for employees and guests. Recognizing that service is our product and providing guests with a wonderful experience is our primary focus. Safety fun and learning are daily tasks for this position while achieving a high level of morale and accountability for the entire team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain Park Rope Lines, Signs, and Closures
• Maintain Park Features using various tools such as rakes, power tools, shovels and fork lifts
• Opening and Closing of Parks
• Test Park Features using ski and snowboard equipment
• Provide a welcoming and safe environment by following the Skier's Responsibility Code and the SMART Style Terrain Park Safety Code
• Inspect Terrain Park area and maintain daily inspection logs on every feature

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB?

Required Experience

• Must be 18yr old or older
• Ski/Snowboard ability
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts outside
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
• Experience in driving snowmobile; safe driving record

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?

Preferred Experience

• Advanced ski/snowboard ability
• Prior Park Crew experience 
• Park Riders preferred
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed
