Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing electrical temperature components, is expanding their team. Job Duties:

  • Inside Sales: Conduct inside sales activities, including identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
  • Product Quotation: Provide detailed product quotations, ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and product recommendations.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting to customers, helping them select the right electrical temperature components for their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely order processing and follow-up.
  • Customer Account Management: Maintain customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key customers and prospects.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Track sales performance, generate reports, and collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals.

What Is Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 6 years of inside sales/account management experience.
  • At least 2 years in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably with a focus on electrical temperature components.
  • Must come from a custom manufacturing background where products are tailored to individual needs
