About the Role

As a Territory Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing business relationships throughout your assigned territory. This is a business-to-business outside sales position focused on building long-term partnerships with:

• Real Estate Brokerages
• Independent Real Estate Agents
• Real Estate Offices
• Industry Professionals

You'll serve as a trusted business partner by helping real estate professionals understand the value of our home warranty programs while providing exceptional service and ongoing account support.

You'll spend your time in the field meeting with clients, conducting presentations, attending networking events, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities throughout your territory.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with real estate professionals throughout your territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Prospect for new clients and build a strong referral network.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and client meetings.
• Schedule and lead office presentations and Lunch & Learn events.
• Visit real estate offices throughout the Fresno, CA Territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Educate partners on our products, programs, and enrollment process.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional resources.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Update CRM daily and maintain accurate account information.
• Meet and exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance goals.
• Attend industry networking events and association meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
• Take ownership of territory growth and overall business results.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industry experience strongly preferred
• Existing book of business within the real estate industry highly preferred
• 3+ years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience
• 2+ years as a top-performing outside or direct sales professional
• Proven ability to build relationships, manage accounts, and close business
• Excellent networking and referral-generation skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong time management and territory planning skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree preferred
