About the Role

As a Territory Account Executive – Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts throughout Lexington, KY and surrounding areas.

You will build relationships with:

• Real Estate Brokerages
• Real Estate Agents
• Mortgage Professionals
• Title Companies
• Real Estate Offices
• Other Real Estate Industry Professionals

This is a business-to-business outside sales position where you will spend your time in the field meeting with clients, developing partnerships, conducting presentations, and growing your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business throughout Lexington and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals
• Conduct face-to-face sales appointments and presentations
• Schedule and conduct office presentations and Lunch & Learns
• Visit real estate offices and business partners throughout your territory
• Generate referrals and expand your professional network
• Educate clients on our home warranty products and programs
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM activity
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions
• Provide ongoing account support and exceptional customer service
• Take ownership of your territory and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title strongly preferred
• Proven outside sales, business development, or account management experience
• Successful track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage a geographic sales territory
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Lexington, KY and surrounding areas

Preferred:

• Existing book of business within the real estate industry
• Established relationships with real estate agents and brokerages
• 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience
• Bachelor's degree
