As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring the successful promotion and sales of our radiopharmaceutical products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the radiopharmaceutical industry.
Key Accountabilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Account Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Product Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and clinical value of our radiopharmaceutical products.
Deliver effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Accurately record all activities and customer information in Salesforce.com.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Stay current with industry regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical
presentations.
