    Territory Account Manager

    Job Summary
    This pivotal role involves cultivating strong relationships with firms, utilities, and key stakeholders while promoting advanced technical sealing solutions for critical infrastructure projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and grow key strategic accounts across the assigned territory.
    • Build and deepen relationships with EPC partners, utilities, engineers, and other project decision-makers/influencers.
    • Lead business development efforts across power generation, transmission & distribution, renewables, substations, HVDC, and emerging energy segments (solar, wind, and battery storage).
    • Maintain a healthy, active pipeline and consistently deliver against (and above) revenue goals.
    • Conduct technical presentations and support a consultative, value-based selling process.
    • Leverage CRM to document activity, manage opportunities, and produce accurate forecasts and customer follow-through.
    • Monitor market dynamics to identify new projects, competitive shifts, and territory expansion opportunities.
    • Partner with engineering, inside sales, and support teams to develop and deliver customer-specific solutions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of B2B technical or project sales experience.
    • Proven experience selling into EPCs, utilities, industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets is preferred.
    • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic accounts effectively.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
    • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.
