This role involves managing administrative operations across multiple properties and supporting various market teams within a dynamic organization focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
Position Overview for the Territory Administrator (Columbus, OH):
- Responsible for overseeing property maintenance, facilities management, and vendor relations within the designated territory.
- Manages financial administration, including budgeting, forecasting, and processing of payments and revenue coding.
- Coordinates procurement activities, bid analyses, and contract management to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Supports fleet operations, safety compliance, and office procedures, including inventory and business continuity planning.
- Collaborates with internal teams to optimize operational processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements for the Territory Administrator (Columbus, OH):
- 5+ years of administrative, operations, or territory support experience
- Experience supporting budgets and monthly forecasting
