Territory Agronomy Sales

Gpac is working with a growing ag organization that is looking to add an Agronomy Sales Rep on the Eastern Shore. This is a unique opportunity for driven, self-starting sales professionals who want to build something big and be highly rewarded for their performance.

This role is purely focused on sales, working directly with growers while leveraging nearby locations for inventory, logistics, and custom application services.
Location: Eastern Shore

What You’ll Do:

• Call directly on growers within your territory to build and grow relationships
• Sell crop inputs including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
• Develop and grow your own book of business
• Work independently while utilizing company hubs for operational support
• Focus on revenue generation—operations, delivery, and application are fully supported

What They’re Looking For (Top Priorities):

• Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to build and grow a territory
• Proven sales ability within the ag industry
• Motivation to chase high earnings and long-term growth
• Agronomy sales experience preferred; strong ag sales backgrounds will also be considered
• Existing book of business is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive base salary + uncapped commission
