Territory Manager, US CNS OncologyField-Based, New Jersey U.S. / Full Time / Exempt / PermanentAt Novocure, we are patient-forward, aspiring to make a difference in cancer. Together with our patients, we strive to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer by developing and commercializing our innovative therapy.WHAT YOU'LL DOPromote Novocure therapies and build strong customer relationships across oncology practices within your territoryDevelop and execute strategic account plans to grow adoption and improve patient accessIdentify new business opportunities while expanding existing accountsPartner with neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, and medical oncologists to support patient careCollaborate with cross-functional partners including Scientific Liaisons, Thought Leader Liaisons, Device Support Specialists, Reimbursement, and Sales OperationsSupport reimbursement and billing activities to help facilitate patient access to therapyTrack customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM documentationPartner with prescribing physicians and clinical staff to help patients initiate and remain on therapyConduct case reviews with healthcare providers to support continuity of patient careExecute regional and corporate strategies while achieving territory business objectivesABOUT YOUMinimum of 5 years of successful oncology sales or account management experienceExperience in neuro-oncology and/or radiation oncology strongly preferredKnowledge of oncology providers, treatment centers, and healthcare systems within the territoryProven ability to manage a complex oncology territory independentlyStrong business acumen with experience supporting sales, reimbursement, and customer engagementBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredSelf‑motivated with sound judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel 20‑40% within the territory, with occasional travel outside the regionMust be eligible to work in the United StatesThese additional qualifications are preferred:Established relationships within neuro‑oncology, radiation oncology, or academic oncology centersExperience launching or growing innovative oncology therapiesExperience working within a highly collaborative, cross‑functional commercial organizationWHAT WE OFFERThe pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $142,000- $174,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.
