Job Description:
TEN Healthcare is growing and looking for a Territory Manager to own and expand our
diagnostic laboratory business across a defined region. This is a true outside sales role
focused on building relationships with independent healthcare providers and driving new
testing partnerships within PCR, Blood and Toxicology. If you’re motivated by autonomy, relationship-based selling, and uncapped earning

Territory Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage a defined territory by developing relationships with independent
clinics (primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urgent care, long-term care, and rural
health, etc). - Drive new business through prospecting, in-person visits, and relationship-based
sales. - Manage and retain existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and
consistent utilization of TEN Healthcare lab services. - Educate providers on TEN Healthcare’s diagnostic solutions (PCR Infectious
Disease, Toxicology, Clinical Blood) and how they improve patient care. - Meet clear activity and revenue goals, including appointments, new accounts, and
territory growth. - Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months):
- A fully active territory with strong provider relationships
- Consistent new account growth
- Increased test volume from existing clients
- Predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy
Territory Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of outside sales experience (healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or
B2B preferred) - Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person selling, and relationship development
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Base salary: $65,000 + Bonus/Commission that is Performance-based
- Total Compensation varies by location and here are averages of Territory Managers the first
few years.
• Year 1: $85,000-$110,000
• Year 2: $110,000-$185,000
• Year 3: $140k+
