Key responsibilities:
Leverage existing relationships with EP's, healthcare providers, lab staff, and industry stakeholders to drive product adoption, market penetration and meet or exceed revenue targets in assigned territory
Educate customers and potential customers on the proper clinical usage of the products by way of product demonstrations and trial use cases
Provide regular clinical support to physicians to grow relationships and maintain product usage
Develop and utilize existing relationships with hospital personnel and identify decision makers in the purchasing process to facilitate sales
Develop plans to achieve aggressive growth targets, adapting to market dynamics.
Develop KOLs in given territory
Maintain a deep understanding of Synaptic products, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize go-to-market efforts.
What we are looking for:
2-5+ years of successful electrophysiology sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Established, credible relationships with EPs in the region.
Highly respected within the EP sales community; President's Club-level performance preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently (3-5 days/week) for in-field support and case coverage.
Passionate about electrophysiology and deep level of intellectual curiosity.
