Territory Manager – Cardiac Medical Device

An innovative and rapidly growing medical device company that's expanding its commercial team. This role focuses on bringing a minimally invasive therapy to cardiologists and electrophysiologists, helping improve treatment options for patients with advanced cardiovascular disease.

This is a true hunter role where you'll be responsible for developing new accounts, growing existing business, and partnering with hospitals to establish new therapy programs. You'll work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital leadership throughout the sales process while also providing procedural support and clinical education when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and open new hospital accounts.

  • Build long-term relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and hospital administrators.

  • Support procedures and provide clinical education as needed.

  • Grow utilization within existing accounts.

  • Execute territory business plans and manage sales activity.

  • Train customers and support adoption of an innovative cardiovascular therapy.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience selling cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, structural heart, heart failure, or other cardiovascular medical devices.

  • Proven success opening new accounts and driving market adoption.

  • Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support physicians in procedural settings.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $65,000 base salary

  • $200,000–$250,000+ total target compensation
