As a key member of the sales team, you’ll drive competitive conversions, build strategic relationships, and play a vital role in expanding market share across acute care and ambulatory settings.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on revenue growth and competitive wins
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across hospitals and surgery centers
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and evaluations to position solutions as the preferred choice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical specialists, service, and marketing
- Lead post-sale efforts including installations, training, and customer satisfaction
- Establish strong relationships with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR directors, and biomedical engineers
- Optionally support onboarding and development of new sales hires
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven capital equipment or medical device sales success
- Skilled at navigating complex hospital decision-making
- Comfortable with extended travel and field-based work
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft PowerPoint
