What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a territory plan focused on revenue growth and competitive wins
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across hospitals and surgery centers
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and evaluations to position solutions as the preferred choice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical specialists, service, and marketing
  • Lead post-sale efforts including installations, training, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish strong relationships with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR directors, and biomedical engineers
  • Optionally support onboarding and development of new sales hires

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven capital equipment or medical device sales success
  • Skilled at navigating complex hospital decision-making
  • Comfortable with extended travel and field-based work
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft PowerPoint
