About the Role:
Expansion territory. Join an emerging surgical-device company bringing a next-generation surgical platform to surgeons. You’ll launch and grow a Brookly/Statan Island territory, run in-service trainings, and support live OR and office cases.
What You’ll Do- Drive new account openings and manage demos.
- Conduct physician & staff trainings; support procedures.
- Handle quotes, ROI reviews, and CRM updates.
What You Bring- 2 yrs + OR surgical-device sales with case-coverage experience..
- Strong hospital access skills and hunter mentality.
Compensation: $130 k base + 12-month $5 k/mo guarantee (≈ $190 k Y1 OTE) with equity upside and full benefits. Once territory is established, average reps make 270k, top rep made 600k.
