### Job Duties We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in the Twin Cities Metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening customer relationships within an assigned territory. This is a field-based position and requires a disciplined, self-motivated sales professional who can effectively manage a territory, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Increase the awareness of the Chamberlain Oil brand within assigned territory Develop and execute a strategic, organized territory coverage plan to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Conduct consistent, structured sales calls to targeted prospects and existing customers Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Collaborate with the sales manager to identify expansion opportunities within the territory Coordinate with customer service team to ensure seamless order entry, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction Maintain strong product knowledge through vendor training, internal training, and ongoing professional development Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer updates, pipeline reports, and expense reports Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as requested Manage multiple priorities across a geographic territory while adapting to customer and market needs Help address and resolve customer concerns related to products or service in a timely and professional manner Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, credit, inventory, and delivery processes ### Minimum Education Required High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred ### Minimum Experience Required 1-3 years of sales experience ### Shift First (Day) ### Number of Openings 1 ### Compensation $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 / Annually ### Additional Compensation Total compensation range (salary plus incentive) for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 ### Postal Code 55401 ### Job Type Full Time ### Place of Work On-site ### Requisition ID 9328 ### Job Benefits Competitive pay and growth opportunities Fully paid health, life and vision insurance Dental insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays AFLAC insurance options Company apparel provided Chamberlain Oil Co Inc is a EOE/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability Employer.
