ABOUT YOU:
Territory Sales and Account Manager contributes to the growth of the College division by driving the acquisition of new customers, deepening distribution penetration within current customers, and providing exemplary customer service and account management within the defined territory. As a Sales & Account Manager, you are responsibility is to deliver on the divisional business plan within their territory. You will sell consultative, utilizing recognition and affiliation programs to assist the customer in addressing key business issues such as graduation rate, student retention, alumni participation, and brand execution.
YOU WILL:
New customer acquisition and opportunity development. Translate the business plan into account-specific tactics. Develop relationships with prospects & track all activity in Salesforce.com CRM
Current customer expansion and account management. Translate the business plan into account-specific tactics. Develop broad-based relationships and a thorough understanding of the customer''s business to position Jostens as a strategic resource and track all activity in Salesforce.com CRM.
Collaborate and coordinate with the customer-facing team (Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Associates, and Regional Service Team Manager) to develop and execute the territory consumer promotional marketing plan and event performance plan through planning and executing profitable events
Territory planning, performance assessment, and administrative responsibilities to ensure Jostens executes effectively for the customer
Work with newly hired sales reps in the territory as a trainer/mentor.
