Territory Sales & Customer Enrollment Representative

We are hiring motivated, outgoing people who enjoy talking to others and want an opportunity to earn more based on their performance.

This is a field-based sales and customer enrollment position. You will work at assigned community locations, speak with customers, explain available programs and services, and help qualified customers complete the enrollment process.

No experience is required — we provide paid training and coaching.

What You'll Do

• Talk with customers at assigned community locations

• Introduce and explain available programs and services

• Help customers with enrollment and applications

• Answer questions and provide professional customer assistance

• Use company-provided devices to complete applications

• Maintain accurate customer information

• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals

• Attend team meetings and training

Experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, delivery, warehouse, customer service, or other customer-facing jobs is a plus — but not required.

Requirements

• 18+ years old

• Valid California driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Able to travel within assigned service areas

• Comfortable working with the public

• Authorized to work in the United States
