Territory Sales Manager — Pacific Northwest (I-5 Corridor)

Location: Remote, based in the Greater Pacific Northwest (I-5 Corridor) Travel: Approximately 1 week per month, including onsite customer visits throughout the region

    Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base salary + 10% commission on sales | On-Target Earnings: $160,000–$200,000

    Quota: $800,000–$1,000,000 annual

    About Us

We're a fast-growing CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software company with over 40 years in business and a global team of employees. Our software is used by manufacturers across aerospace, medical, and precision machining industries to design and produce parts more efficiently. Last year we grew 34%, and we're investing further in our North American sales organization.

    About the Role

We're hiring our first dedicated Territory Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This territory has historically been supported remotely by our central sales team — this is a brand-new, on-the-ground role with the opportunity to build out the region from an inherited book of existing business while hunting for net-new accounts.

You'll be the face of our company in the PNW, working directly with manufacturers, machine shops, and engineering teams to grow adoption of our software across aerospace, medical device, and precision manufacturing accounts.

    What You'll Do

    • Own and grow a territory covering the Greater Pacific Northwest / I-5 Corridor
    • Inherit and expand an existing base of accounts while actively hunting new business
    • Travel onsite to meet customers and prospects (~1 week/month, including some travel into Idaho)
    • Build and maintain relationships with aerospace and manufacturing customers
    • Manage your pipeline using modern sales tools (CRM, prospecting/enrichment platforms) with SDR support
    • Collaborate with sales engineering and technical consultants to support the sales cycle
    • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

    What We're Looking For:

    Required:

    • Proven software sales experience — a true hunter, comfortable building a territory from the ground up
    • Willingness and ability to travel onsite to customers regularly
    • Experience in CAD, CAM, or metrology software sales
    • Established relationships within the aerospace and/or broader manufacturing industry
    • 5–10 years of relevant sales experience

Preferred: Experience selling or working with tools such as:

    • ESPRIT
    • Hexagon
    • Mastercam
    • GibbsCAM
    • Vericut
    • Autodesk Inventor
    • Familiarity with CNC post-processors is a plus

Also a Strong Fit If You Have:

    • Experience in CAD/CAM or metrology sales
    • Background selling to machine shops
    • Experience selling CNC machines or cutting tools

    Why Join Us

    • Exceptional benefits: 100% employer-paid insurance coverage for you and your family
    • Uncapped earning potential: competitive base plus commission, with a quarterly draw available to help you ramp
    • Real ownership: be the first person to build out this territory, with full support from an experienced sales operations team
    • Growth: join a company growing 34% year-over-year with strong product-market fit
    • Training: structured sales training and a collaborative, supportive team culture

    Interview Process

Our process moves quickly — most candidates complete all interview steps within a couple of weeks, including a conversation with sales leadership, our sales operations team, a technical consultant, and the broader sales team.
