Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000
- Uncapped commission (earn from day one)
- Weekly pay (base + commission)
- Typical earnings: $85,000 – $150,000+

Your Impact
- Drive 50+ outbound calls daily to open new doors
- Prospect, qualify, and close new client accounts

- Run your pipeline, forecasting, and activity metrics with discipline
- Partner closely with recruiting to fulfill client needs
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- A track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Experience managing a business portfolio of $1 million+
- Proven full sales cycle and territory management
- Background in staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
- Comfort operating in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
- Exceptional follow-up, organization, and communication
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
