Our corporate offices are located off Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia, with easy access to Georgia 400 and a multitude of restaurants and local services.TERRITORY SALES MANAGERResponsibilities of the RoleThe Territory Sales Manager role combines several aspects of servicing existing customers as well as performing sales related activities to grow the region assigned to the role.Travels to customers domesticallyExcellent communication and rapport building with a “customer first” focusMaintains territory database of customers and sales leads through SalesforceMaintains and consistently updates opportunity project / pipeline list in SalesforceActively pursues leads within assigned territoryObserves equipment in operation, identifying/troubleshooting causes of issuesDismantles equipment to gain access to and remove/replace defective partsAdjusts functional parts of equipment and electronic controlsRepair or replaces defective partsSet up equipment and demonstrate for customersCommunicates with internal Engineering / Service department regarding customer issues & supportSubmits expense reports in a timely mannerAttends and presents at technical seminars & customer sites as neededAttends tradeshows as requiredEducation & Experience RequirementsPrior technical discipline and/or college related degree preferredAbility to read and interpret technical documents and safety rules.Ability to write technical visit reportsERP experience preferredUnderstanding of electrical systems preferredSkills & AbilitiesMS OfficePresentation skillsExcellent communication skillsTime & project managementJob Type:Full-Time, PermanentTravel required – approximately 50%Benefits:Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance are all provided and partially subsidized by the company. 401K w/ match, basic life insurance policy, and PTO are all available to full-time staff.
