Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Boise, ID (Territory: ID, Eastern WA, Western MT)

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 Base | $65,000 Commission (at plan) | $150k+ Total OTE

About the Role

Join a global leader in intimate healthcare selling an innovative, newly expanded product portfolio. You will manage a high-performing territory with a heavy focus (80%) on Urology Clinics and a strategic focus (20%) on Rehabs, Hospitals, and the VA.

Key Expectations

• Geography & Travel: Based in Boise. Requires 50% overnight travel to cover Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana.
• Patient Support: Drive clinical adoption and enroll patients in our dedicated support and sampling programs.
• No Relocation: Candidates must already reside in the Boise area.

What We Look For

• 3+ years of Medical (Pharma, DME, Device) Sales Experience
• Preparation is Everything: We are highly open to green candidates, but you must be exceptionally detail-oriented, highly prepared, and willing to do your homework for every meeting.
