What You'll Do
- Drive new business development throughout the Metro Detroit territory.
- Build relationships with independent physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate physicians and staff on clinical benefits.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to advance opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Work autonomously while partnering with a small, high-performing sales team.
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Experience calling on physician offices, outpatient clinics, or ASCs.
- Capital equipment or aesthetic laser sales experience is highly desirable.
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a geographic territory.
