The role is ideal for a highly motivated, results‑driven team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.What You'll Be DoingPromote Duro Dyne HVAC products through distributor meetings, job site visits, phone, email and virtual meetings.Maintain and grow existing HVAC business through share‑of‑wallet gains, new product sales and prospecting new distribution and contractor accounts.Sell through our distribution channel and deliver full product training to select distributors via the Duro Dyne Technical Institute (DDTI) and other training methods.Maintain direct communication with accounts and advise them of sales volume throughout the year.Use the company CRM to log all sales calls, maintain the territory contact list and keep cross‑functional teams informed.Maintain accurate pricing and analyze and respond to competitive activity in the territory.Represent Duro Dyne at trade shows, industry events and conferences as needed.Travel 70% of the time to cover the territory, with a company car and fuel card.Why Duro DyneDuro Dyne is a recognized HVAC industry leader with a long history and Lennox support. Compensation is competitive.RequiredPrevious experience as a regional or territory sales manager or comparable field‑based outside sales role.Sound negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to grow and defend existing business.Strong organizational skills and self‑direction to manage a large, multi‑state territory independently.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Effective communication, presentation skills and exceptional customer service.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using a CRM.Willingness to travel ~70% and hold a valid driver's license for a company vehicle.PreferredMechanical aptitude.Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, business management, marketing or related field.Sheet metal industry knowledge.HVAC duct connector knowledge.Experience selling through HVAC distribution.CompensationThis is a salaried, commission role. Starting total compensation ranges from $123,200 to $161,700, with 75% base salary and 25% commission. New hires receive target commission for 6 months.
