Position: Territory Sales Manager – Fitness Equipment (Hospitality & Residential)

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: $75k base + uncapped commission (OTE $150k+)

Benefits: Standard health benefits, 401k with 4% match, quarterly commissions, annual bonuses, mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate, company-provided phone, laptop, and home office equipment.


About the Role

We are seeking a driven and professional Territory Sales Manager to join our Country Field Sales team, with a focus on the Hospitality & Residential (H&R) market. You will be responsible for cultivating business relationships with luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, and wellness-driven real estate groups across the Dallas, TX territory.

As part of a global leader in fitness equipment and wellness solutions, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and delivering wellness-focused solutions that transform client spaces.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the Hospitality & Residential market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel groups, luxury residential developers, and real estate wellness partners.
  • Manage a wide portfolio of products and solutions, positioning tailored fitness offerings to meet client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
  • Identify and profile potential clients, generate leads, and manage a structured pipeline via CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Deliver market insights and feedback on trends within the hospitality and residential fitness space.
  • Conduct on-site visits with clients and prospects, ensuring professional and consultative sales practices.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales account management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex deals and consultative solution sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
