Territory Sales Manager - Hydronics - Base Salary to 100k/ year - New York, NY

  • Our client is an established manufacturer of hydronic heating systems and equipment serving residential, commercial, and institutional applications. They are adding a Territory Sales Manager responsible for developing new business and expanding existing relationships across the Eastern US.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote hydronic heating systems and equipment to engineering firms, mechanical contractors, HVAC contractors, and other industry partners
  • Grow territory sales through sales agents, manufacturer representatives, and distributors to meet sales targets
  • Select hydronic equipment based on client applications and technical requirements and prepare quotes
  • Organize product and technical training sessions for clients, distributors, contractors, and industry partners
  • Attend industry trade shows and events
  • Provide post-sale technical support to clients
  • Handle inbound client inquiries related to products, applications, and equipment selection
  • Drive product demand by engaging end users, engineering firms, contractors, distributors, and channel partners
  • Support coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Support new product development and product launches

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in hydronic sales, hydronic heating systems, hydronic equipment, or related hydronic HVAC products
  • General mechanical and electrical knowledge, including the ability to read technical specifications

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 60k - 100k/ year range
  • Car allowance
