We offer 24/7 emergency customer service and a team of factory-trained technicians.Job SummaryResponsible for driving the customer center equipment sales and service activity for the Northern Colorado territory. This includes quoting, strategizing, prospecting, and developing relationships to achieve revenue targets, maximize profits, increase market share and maintain customer loyalty.ResponsibilitiesGenerate revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and service offerings to direct end users and partners.Develop and secure new competitive accounts while maintaining existing customer base.Provide compressed air solutions and other products to industrial customers.Maintain current product knowledge, industry standards, and training.Support and train dealer sales personnel and internal customer center staff.Ensure accurate order processing and resolution of customer disputes.Adhere to safety rules in the field and customer center.Collaborate cross‑functionally to earn customer loyalty.Maintain customer relationship management database and report sales pipeline.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent.4+ years in an industrial sales business setting.Valid driver's license with no major or frequent traffic violations.PreferredKnowledge of Salesforce.Core CompetenciesExcellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.Team oriented, self‑motivated and honest.Mechanical and electrical expertise.Strong prioritization and time‑management skills.Business and sales acumen, including prospecting and value selling.TravelRegional travel to customer sites within the assigned territory is required.CompensationBase pay range: $70,000 – $120,000 plus discretionary/non‑discretionary bonuses and incentive compensation.EEO StatementIngersoll Rand is committed to achieving workforce diversity.
