Trelevate is seeking a proven B2B sales professional to spearhead a specific territory our expansion into Illinois.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage people—they build teams, create momentum, develop leaders, and drive revenue growth.

You'll work directly with business owners, develop future sales leaders, and create a culture built on performance, accountability, and winning.

For the right closer, this is an opportunity to build a business within a business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Expand the IL Market

  • Launch and grow Trelevate's presence in your territory
  • Develop relationships with local business leaders
  • Execute strategic growth initiatives

Recruit & Development Talent

  • Hire, train, and onboard up to 10-12 Business Advisors
  • Create a culture of accountability, competition, and success
  • Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching

Lead From The Front

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners
  • Demonstrate consultative sales strategies
  • Coach through live field training and ride-alongs
  • Drive activity, pipeline growth, and revenue performance

Deliver Results

  • Achieve team revenue objectives
  • Maintain high-performance standards
  • Develop scalable systems and processes
  • Build a championship-caliber sales organization

What We're Looking For

Proven Sales Leadership

  • Experience developing B2B sales teams and drive production
  • History of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
  • Team Player, Motivator and can replicate success
