Dental Territory Sales Manager


Location: Philadelphia to New Jersey


Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Uncapped variable: $80,000

Benefits: Full benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K (4% match), Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel: Overnight travel required: 50%

We are a leading provider in the dental industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Philadelphia or New Jersey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
  • Product Education & Demonstrations: Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of B2B, medical device or dental sales experience
  • Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Travel: Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
