Territory Sales Manager, Retail, Grocery, Food Service, & Cold Chain (Western US)

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing revenue, expanding customer relationships, and driving adoption of innovative supply chain solutions across your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within your assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, competitive displacement, and strategic account development.
• Expand existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
• Position Rehrig Pacific solutions through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM records to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and exceptional customer experiences.
• Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to uncover growth opportunities and improve territory performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, with 5+ years preferred.
• Experience selling into Retail, Grocery, Foodservice, Cold Chain, packaging, logistics, or related supply chain industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling and value-based solution sales.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze opportunities, develop sales strategies, and prioritize territory activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport product samples for customer demonstrations.
